Cytolytic syndrome in patients with COVID-19

. Identify cytolysis syndrome among patients with COVID-19 and explore the potential relationship between course of liver damage. Materials methods. 450 people a diagnosis "U07.1 - Coronavirus infection COVID-19, virus identified" were examined, undergoing inpatient outpatient treatment at Tuymazinskaya Central District Hospital. CT scan chest organs, biochemical blood test calculation ALT, AST, total protein, glucose, bilirubin, APTT, PTI, INR, fibrinogen evaluated. Results. The presence cytolytic was detected in 217 (48.2%) patients. ALT level 60 [23;72] U/L, AST 45 [22;57] U/L. Between severity level, direct, strong significant correlation revealed (ρ=0.724, t=22.26, p>95%). A moderate strength found percentage lung parenchymal lesions (ρ=0.68, t=19.62, p>95%), t=19.53, age (ρ=0.51, t=12.55, BMI (ρ=0.4, t=9.44, Comparing degree damage to parenchyma (ρ=0.5, t=12.38, p>95%) revealed, as well (ρ=0,5, t=11.98, protein (ρ=0.38, t=8.8, (ρ=0.35, t=7.85, p>95%. Conclusion. Clinical manifestations are characterized by polysyndromicity, including syndrome. Changes function parameters associated infection, BMI. An important point post-COVID rehabilitation is inclusion hepatoprotectors.
